Carefree Coffee

Just had my non-working 16 year old Impressa Z5 serviced and overhauled by Marcel at Carefree Coffee. The machine came back looking as good as new and the quality of the coffee coming out of it is a revelation. I cannot heap enough praise on this owner run business. Marcel was extremely approachable and explained everything that he had done to the machine to restore it to fully working order. The cost represented extremely good value for money and I for one will be returning my machine annually for a service from now on. Thank you again Marcel for my ‘new’ coffee machine.

I recently had to obtain a commercial grade coffee machine for a leasure facility. Marcel has been absolutely outstanding, he went way above and beyond. He took the time to show me which machine's he had in stock and talked me through the various options he felt would be best with all their pros and cons. There was absolutely no pressure, he was extremely accommodating working around my busy schedule. He even made arrangements so that he could come and plumb in the machine ASAP. Marcel fixed both our higher end Sage Barista Oracle Touch and our older Nespresso Creatista machine. He was great at keeping in touch once he had assessed the machines, and the service and any part replacement needed was completed very quickly & efficiently, and sent back looking like new, with expectations well managed and pricing very reasonable aswell. Highly recommend.

As a first time customer, I am extremely impressed by Marcel's knowledge, attention to detail and efficiency in bringing my Sage Express coffee machine back to life. He discussed what the problem might be prior to me taking the machine to be fixed and fully costed the job depending on what needed to be done. In the event, no parts were needed but the thorough clean and service that Marcel gave it restored it to its original condition, all at a very reasonable cost. It was ready to collect within a few hours of being dropped off meaning I was able to enjoy my regular morning coffee without interruption! Can not recommend highly enough! Honest, reliable, goes out of his way to explain and help, a true pleasure to deal with. We bought a reconditioned Delonghi La Specialista and having used a Sage machine for over 7 years, was unsure. Prior to purchase, Marcel let us take the machine on test for a week with no obligation.
